Gaza Aid Blocked as Crossings Remain Shut
The humanitarian crisis in Gaza has deepened as Israel’s closure of the Zikim crossing for 10 consecutive days has stopped the entry of aid supplies, leaving more than 2.4 million people struggling without basic relief.
Gaza’s media office accused Israel of using a “starvation policy” by halting trucks at Zikim and reducing access through Karem Abu Salem and al-Karara.

The United Nations says at least 600 trucks are needed daily to meet minimum needs in the enclave, but none have entered through Zikim since September 12.
Officials in Gaza warned that the blockade is worsening food shortages and pushing families to the brink, while urging the international community to press Israel to reopen crossings and allow life-saving supplies to reach civilians.
