Speaking at the grand finale in Lagos, Mrs. Wunmi Eniola-Jegede commended employees and customers for their loyalty, dedication, and continued support toward the company’s growth.
She said SIFAX remains focused on improving customer experience through staff empowerment, innovation, and service delivery that meets global standards.

“At SIFAX, our customers, internal and external, are at the heart of everything we do,” she said. “Their satisfaction defines our success, and we will keep investing in people and processes to make service excellence a lifestyle.”
She also noted that the annual event offered the company a moment to reflect on its growth journey, appreciate those who have served faithfully, and remember colleagues who have passed on over the years.
In his remarks, the Deputy Director of Strategy and Operations, Mr. Oliver Omajuwa, said the theme “Mission Possible” perfectly reflects SIFAX’s philosophy that every challenge presents an opportunity to excel.
He emphasised that great service begins within, explaining that the way staff treat one another internally determines the quality of service customers receive.

“There are two categories of customers; the external customers who patronise us and the internal customers who work within the company,” he said. “The way we treat one another internally reflects in how we treat our external customers.”
Throughout the week, subsidiaries including Ports and Cargo Handling Services, SIFAX Logistics, and Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO) participated in themed activities such as team-building sessions, scenario plays, and interactive orientation programs.
However, these engagements were aimed at improving communication, collaboration, and responsiveness among staff.
There were also creative highlights such as the Role Swap Day, where Managing Directors and Heads of Business Units served as customer service representatives.
Meanwhile, the activity gave senior executives firsthand experience of the customer engagement process and helped them understand the challenges frontline workers face daily.

In keeping with its people-first culture, the company organised a Health and Wellness Day that offered free blood pressure, sugar level, and BMI checks to both staff and customers.
Health experts also led sessions on eye care, preventive health, and workplace safety, especially for employees who spend long hours at computer screens.
An Experience Sharing Session coordinated by Mrs. Catherine Abuah, Group Head of Marketing and Chairperson of the Customer Service Week Committee, provided a platform for employees to exchange practical insights on improving customer relations and internal workflows.
The week concluded with a colourful grand finale featuring trivia, games, photo sessions, and a cake-cutting ceremony that reinforced the spirit of unity across all departments.
This year’s Customer Service Week celebration once again highlighted SIFAX Group’s dedication to building a workplace where employees feel valued and customers experience outstanding service at every touchpoint. For the company, “Mission Possible” is more than a theme, it is a way of life.
