Ekiti Governor Oyebanji Receives Endorsement for Second Term

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has been endorsed for a second term by leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti North Senatorial District. The endorsement was made during a special meeting at Ido Ekiti, where the APC stakeholders unanimously expressed support for Oyebanji and his deputy, Mrs. Monisade Afuye.

The governor’s Special Adviser on Political Matters and Inter-party Affairs, Chief Jide Awe, represented Oyebanji at the event. Awe described the endorsement as a “humble reminder of the collective responsibility to serve the people of the state.” Oyebanji assured the gathering that his government remains committed to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people.

The APC Ekiti North leaders and party members cited Oyebanji’s administration achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and human capital development as reasons for their endorsement. They also praised his inclusive style of governance.

Dignitaries, including Senator Cyril Fasuyi and the Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Adeoye Aribasoye, praised Oyebanji for his outstanding leadership and dedication to grassroots development. Fasuyi noted that Oyebanji had fulfilled his electoral promises to the people of Ekiti.

The APC stakeholders believe that Oyebanji’s re-election is crucial for sustaining growth and good governance in the state. With this endorsement, Oyebanji’s quest for a second term gains momentum.
