Ochacho says ₦400m house gift to Peller is only the beginning
Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has said the ₦400 million mansion he presented to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, popularly called Jarvis, is the smallest gift he intends to give the couple.
Ochacho made the remark during a TikTok livestream on Monday, two days after the couple’s wedding in Lagos, where he described the property as “small money” compared to what he hopes to do for Peller in the future.
According to him, the gift reflects his admiration for Peller’s character, describing the content creator as someone with a good heart. He said giving to others has always brought greater blessings to him and his family, adding that the mansion would not be his last gift to the newlyweds.
He stated that his next gesture to Peller would be even bigger, saying the recently presented house was only the beginning.

The businessman had presented the ₦400 million house to Peller and Jarvis during their wedding ceremony in Lagos, saying the property, located in Abuja, was a gift from him and his children.
The announcement received applause from guests at the ceremony and attracted widespread attention on social media.
The wedding was attended by celebrities, content creators and entertainers, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, social media influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, content creator Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
The presentation of the mansion also fulfilled an earlier promise made by Ochacho to support Peller’s wedding with a major financial gift.
