Anime – Naruto is still the Hottest

Hmmm! Currently, there are so many anime out there, both old and new but it is amazing to see how Naruto is still viewed as one of the best and the most watched series on Netflix.
Some anime gain hype with fresh content, while others survive on nostalgia alone, but Naruto is different because it has a devoted fanbase that keeps growing, and for a very good reason.
I have been watching anime for years, and I can confidently say that Naruto is special. It basically has everything (action, adventure, emotional moments, and a main character that does not give up).
Even after more than 20 times, the series continues to lead the anime world. Netflix’s “ What We Watched ” report also confirmed it, stating that, Naruto is officially the most watched anime globally.

A recent analysis by PJB Entertainment compared the watch hours across different anime, and the results were amazing. The entire Naruto ballot, from the 2002 original series to Naruto Shippuden, Boruto, earned 330 million watch hours by the end of 2024!
The watch hours of Naruto is way bigger than the watch hours of One Piece, Demon Slayer, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, Black Clover, and even the famous Pokémon!
Naruto isn’t just a show it is a journey. As a lover of anime, I have felt connected to Naruto’s struggles, his determination, and his dream to become Hokage and I guess you have also felt connected to Naruto’s struggles.

Why is Naruto still very popular?
Personally, I know there is a reason why Naruto still stands out. It’s not just about the fights or the cool ninja moves, though those moves are amazing too. It is about the characters, the friendships, and the feelings that come with it.
Naruto was a lonely boy who was rejected by his village, but he never gave up on his dream. Along the way, he made friends, he faced heartbreaks, and he overcame impossible challenges. His journey is one that I and others can relate to in some way.
Let’s not also forget the painful moments like Naruto’s first fight with Sasuke to Jiraiya’s heart breaking farewell, the Pain bow, and Naruto eventually achieving his dream of getting Hokage. These moments are what kept many coming back, even after so many times.
Naruto’s journey started back in1999 as a manga by Masashi Kishimoto. It was later adapted into an anime in 2002, and the rest is history. Although I wasn’t born then, I heard it was amazing!
Naruto (2002- 2007) – 220 episodes
Naruto: Shippuden (2007- 2017) – 500 episodes
Boruto Naruto Next Generations (2017-present) – the story continues with Naruto’s son
Though this ongoing anime titled One Piece is really good but for meeee Naruto still stands out. It is an anime that has touched many generations, and it is still growing.
It is a fact that we all want more of Naruto content! perhaps this is a sign that Boruto’s anime should return, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, you should check out Boruto Two Blue Vortex – the manga continuation.

If you haven’t watched Naruto yet (or you just want to rewatch it for the 100th time like I do), you can find it on Netflix but if Netflix is not an option, you can also stream it on Crunchyroll, Hulu, Amazon, Peacock, and some other platforms.
Though you may be a diehard fan or a newbie diving into the anime world, yes! Your girlie says now is the time for you to watch the precious Naruto. So grab your ramen, or your popcorn, or your noodles or your eatables and believe it cus Naruto is still the best!
