Antony Seals €25m Switch to Real Betis from Manchester United
Real Betis have completed the permanent signing of Brazilian winger Antony from Manchester United in a deal worth around €25 million, with potential add-ons of up to €3 million.
The agreement also includes a 50 percent sell-on clause in favour of United, who will not pay any severance to the player.
Antony, 25, joined United from Ajax in 2022 for €95 million, becoming the club’s second-most expensive signing.

He made 96 appearances and scored 12 goals during his three years at Old Trafford.
After a difficult spell in England, Antony was loaned to Betis in January 2025, where he rediscovered form,
contributing nine goals and five assists in 26 matches and helping the club reach the UEFA Conference League final.
His successful loan convinced Betis to secure a five-year deal, announced on September 1, 2025.
The move forms part of Manchester United’s squad overhaul, which has also seen exits for Rasmus Højlund, Jadon Sancho, and Marcus Rashford.
