The incident occurred on Thursday at a local early childhood development centre, where a man reportedly gained access to the premises and attacked several children with a sharp object.
Eyewitness accounts indicated that the suspect posed as a parent to gain entry into the school. He was said to have briefly interacted with school staff before stepping outside, locking the gate and carrying out the attack.
