Rufai Oseni Denies Suspension, Blames APC Propaganda

Arise News anchor Rufai Oseni has dismissed reports claiming he has been suspended by the station, describing the allegation as false and politically motivated.

The rumour, which circulated on social media, alleged that Oseni was sanctioned following a disagreement with a superior during which he reportedly acted inappropriately. The claim was linked to a post attributed to an individual identified as High Chief Lawrence Igbins Okoro.

Reacting on his X account, Oseni denied the report, stating that he is not facing any disciplinary action. He described the claim as propaganda linked to the All Progressives Congress.

The broadcaster also clarified that he is currently in Berlin, where he is attending conferences and carrying out official engagements.
